The SCHMIDT^® Manual Press 305 with PressControl 600 is ideal for intricate press-fit assemblies. The PressControl operates, controls and monitors pressing operation. Return stroke lock ensures complete stroke.   For regulatory compliance, performance data, such as force/distance curve and monitoring criteria, can be stored in our DataBase software or exported to your data storage systems via our new FileXchange Software.

Unique break away clutch prevents over travel and excessive forces. Rejected cycles are alarmed, and the press clutch is disengaged until the error is acknowledged. A keyed supervisor confirmation can be enabled as well.
